Bushwick Kitchen

Bushwick Kitchen recently sent me some of their amazing Weak Knees Curry Sriracha Sauce for a cocktail tutorial lead by their head cocktail consultant Jonas Koep. I’m no stranger to a unique drink recipe but I never would have thought to add red pepper or a curry flavor to my cocktail. This Sriracha cocktail was surprising in all the right ways. If you don’t believe me, try it for yourself. Recipe below.

CURRY SRIRACHA COCKTAIL

2.0oz gin

.50oz Lime juice

.75oz simple syrup

1 bar spoon curry sriracha from Bushwick Kitchen 

4 slices red pepper (muddled) 

Method: Muddle red pepper, add Ingredients and dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into coupe/martini glass and garnish with a red pepper wheel and Rosemary sprig
